Delta Vacations Firsts That Last Campaign
As we approached the last quarter of 2022, Delta Vacations wanted to give away 13 trips as a way to promote booking with them for the first time. I worked with a copywriter, Isabel Drukker, to create an idea that drew from the sentimentality of first-time experiences and making memories that last. This fit perfectly within Delta Vacations’ brand purpose, which allowed us to make this idea ownable.

A Tactile Design
I developed a style inspired by images taken with disposable cameras. This involved adding lens flare, color distortion, and a subtle graininess that helped to unify all of our vacation imagery. We created a hero video in a stop-motion style to double down on the organic feel of the project. Text and supers used throughout our videos and social posts are actual handwriting.
Smile! 📸
Our hero video ends with a reveal of a custom wrap I designed for a Delta Vacations disposable camera. The camera was given away to people at airports on the day the contest launched. This was a great way to not only promote the contest, but to give customers a way to capture lasting memories as they embark on their travel journeys.
